Andersen Accounting is an accounting firm, established in Denmark, providing service to small and big-sized companies resident in Denmark (this includes subsidiaries of foreign companies, branches, representative offices). The firm can be seen as a one-shop place where the clients get accounting service and financial advising from the smallest to the most complicated tasks. Andersen Accounting has experience in providing services to foreign companies. Some of our clients are: American Express Business Travel, American Express Denmark, Statoil and Kraft Foods.
The area of business is divided into two lines: small-sized and big-sized companies. To small-sized companies are referred all companies that are registered in Denmark as enkeltmandsvirksomheder (sole proprietorship firms) and physical persons. Andersen Accounting can help with all tasks from booking to preparation of documentation to the auditors and the tax authorities. Physical persons we can help by preparation of tax statements. The price is given per hour and depends on the difficulty of the tasks. We try to keep the costs to the clients as low as possible in order to provide competitive prices.
Big-sized companies are business entities usually registered as A/S, ApS according to the Danish law. Those companies we can help in two ways: sending our employees in the house, or by helping preparing single projects. In the first case, a contract specifying the type of work and time of lease of the employee is signed. The price is very little above the average salary level for the required position. In the latter case, depending of the difficulty of the project, a single price is quoted. We can help with preparation of annual reports, statements to the auditors, salary, debitor and creditor management. Our employees can use SAP, Navision, C5 and other accounting software.
